SUPPORTING HEALING & GROWTH
Our Services
Provide individual counseling sessions for adults of all ages, integrating somatic psychotherapy, biopsychology, holistic practice, and behavioral change to help heal problems stored in the mind, brain, and body.
We work with clients on issues of complicated trauma, PTS/D, anxiety, and dysregulation. Our practice also supports those navigating chronic pain, medical trauma, injury, disease, and bio-psychological concerns such as insomnia, fibromyalgia, and migraine. We address attachment disruption, abuse, neglect, and personality disorders, while providing space for healing and growth. In addition, we work with individuals experiencing life transitions, transformation, aspirational goals, and habit change.

Psychotherapy offers a collaborative space with a trained professional to explore feelings, thoughts, relationships, and behaviors. Using non-medical tools, it helps you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
Psychotherapy
Healing through reflective dialogue, insight, and self-discovery.

Somatic Psychotherapy
Addressing trauma held in the body, mind, and nervous system.
Somatic psychotherapy recognizes that trauma and stress live in the body as well as the mind. By addressing where experiences are held in the nervous system, this approach restores balance, supports completion of “stuck” defensive responses, and promotes whole-person healing.

Biopsychology
Exploring the connection between body, brain, and emotions.
Biopsychology explores how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are shaped by brain and body processes. It provides insight into how physiology and psychology interact, while offering tools to shift patterns, support resilience, and promote healthier functioning in daily life.

Neuropsychology
Understanding the brain’s role in trauma, behavior, and healing.
Neuropsychology focuses on the brain’s structure and function, linking it to memory, emotion, and behavior. Through this lens, clients gain a deeper understanding of challenges and learn strategies to heal, adapt, and strengthen pathways that support mental and physical well-being.

Holistic practice views the mind, body, spirit, and emotions as interconnected. Drawing on tools like breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, it nurtures inner balance, reduces stress, and supports optimal well-being by treating the whole person rather than just symptoms.
Holistic Practice
Treating the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and emotions.

Behavioral change work identifies unhelpful habits and builds healthier patterns aligned with your values. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and principles of neuroplasticity, it helps reshape thoughts and actions, creating sustainable change and supporting personal growth over time.
Behavioral Change
Cultivating lasting habits aligned with values and vision.

Working Across the
Mind, Brain, and Body
Our thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are deeply connected. Sometimes past challenges can get ‘stuck’ in one part of this system and affect the rest. By using therapies that engage the mind, brain, and body together, we can gently release old patterns and support lasting healing.
